Shipping & Return Policies ships almost entirely via USPS. We reserve the right to ship by the appropriate provider.

We currently do not ship internationally.

Under normal circumstances, most orders ship out within 24-48 hours. However, due to large order volumes, weather conditions or circumstances beyond our control, will ship your order out as soon as possible. We will do our best to notify clients via email if we are aware of a shipping delay.

To see your shipping charges in advance of placing an order, place the desired items into your shopping cart by clicking on the buy buttons. The shipping price will show up as part of the total cost.

We do offer quantity discounts on shipping:

  • 1 item – $6.25 total shipping
  • 2 items – $8.50 total shipping ($4.25 per item)
  • 3 items – $11.25 total shipping ($3.75 per item)
  • 4 items – $10.00 total shipping ($2.50 per item)
  • 5 items or more – FREE SHIPPING!

Cancelling an Order

An order may be cancelled at any time prior to shipping. Once the order has been shipped, you will need to refer to our return policy if you decide to cancel.

Returning or Exchanging a Product

In cases of damage or defect, the return process can often be expedited by providing a digital image of the damage or defect (along with a clear description of the problem) in an email to our customer support team. In many cases, action (in the form of exchange or refund) can be taken as soon as substantiation of the claim has been provided by the customer.

If the damage / defect cannot be verified over the phone or via email contact, the item may be required to return to for inspection before a determination can be made as to the state of the product. will provide a prepaid return shipping label in cases where items have arrived in damaged condition or are confirmed by a representative to be defective.

For all other cases, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Under no circumstance does reimburse (or provide credit) for return shipping costs incurred by the customer. If a product is damaged or defective, the recipient must make arrangements with support as to how the return should be handled prior to placing the items back in transit to

If the customer wants to exchange a product due to sizing issues, the product may be returned (customer covers the cost of shipping). The product should not have any sign of wear and tear and be packaged properly for possible re-sell to another customer in the future. If products are returned for an exchange but are not in good condition, a re-stocking fee of $10 $7 will be charged to the customer.

The customer will then be sent an invoice for the shipping of the new product in the case of an exchange based on size issues.

How to Return Your Product

Contact Customer Support through the online “Contact Us” form to request Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. You must make this request within 30 days of receiving the shipment.

  • Be sure to specify the reason for the return request in the body of your “Question,” and indicate any preference for replacement (whether exchanging for an identical product or selecting an alternate style, size or color) or a refund.
  • Select “Return Authorization Request” as the topic for your contact.
  • Once the topic is selected, you will be asked to define the product that you are requesting authorization for.
  • Use the Attach Documents field to proactively provide digital images of damaged or defective products.
