VIDEO: Jimmer Fredette Interview Part 1

Jimmer: “I feel real good right now. I feel I’m in the best shape of my life…In anything you do you want to be at the top level…you’ve gotta prove it on the court. I’m not really worried about all the accolades – hopefully it will help us out…”

Jimmer: “Treat others the way you want to be treated – I really take that to heart…[Basketball] is not the most important thing…”

Jimmer: “Growing up back east is a little different; I was the only Mormon kid in my school…it’s cool to be in this type of atmosphere…”

Jimmer: “My mom is not LDS – she’s one of the best people I know. She’s always telling me to do the right things…she’s always on my case right away…I grew up in a great family with a lot of great moral values.”

Jimmer: “Everybody knew I was the LDS kid, they knew what I stood for and what I was all about. [My friends] never pressured me…my friends would tell others that I didn’t drink.”
